Things to Do:

There’s a lot to do in Palm Coast, here are some of our favorites:

Go to the beach! Palm Coast’s beach parks are located on the Hammock (Jungle Hut and Bay Drive Park), and of course we have our neighbors beaches at Flagler Beach and Marineland.

Golf! We have several golf courses right here in Palm Coast: Palm Harbor, Ocean Hammock, Hammock Dunes, Cypress Knoll, Grand Haven, and Pine Lakes. Some of these are residence only, some require a membership, and others are open to the public.

Paddle sports! Palm Coast is a kayaker and paddle boarder dream. the area has many guided tours of the river and estuary that take you through mangrove tidal creeks and salt marshes, with opportunities for spotting birds, manatees and dolphins.

The natural beauty at Washington Oaks Garden State Park, located between the Atlantic Ocean and Matanzas River, will leave you mesmerized. Stop and smell the roses in the Formal Gardens and wander among the native and exotic plants. Have a picnic under the shade of a giant live oak tree as you enjoy the tranquil sounds of nature. The park is famous for its coquina rock formations and tide pools that line the beach.

Shop your heart out at European Village - European Village is a one-stop-destination for all things dining, shopping, and entertainment, featuring 7 eateries, multiple salons and boutique shops, and 6 bars!

Fisherman’s Paradise! Some of the most beautiful wetlands and marsh in Florida can be seen while fishing in Palm Coast. Just like when fishing in St. Augustine the Palm Coast area offers countless numbers of species to fish. Of course the redfish is the main attraction with trout, flounder, tarpon, and even an occasional snook, accounting for some exciting fishing pictures as well.

Take a trip back in time at the Florida Agricultural Museum, which celebrates the past, present and future of agriculture. Go inside a restored 1890s-pioneer homestead, buildings from a 1930s-citrus farm and a dairy barn that belonged to a former governor. The farm is complete with cows, horses, ducks and other animals.

Feel the stress melt away as you sway in the rocking chairs outside the lodge at Princess Place Preserve. The 1,500-acre preserve has hiking and equestrian trails for you to explore. The lodge is the oldest intact structure in Flagler County, and the in-ground swimming pool was the first one in the state.

Feel the wind in your hair as you go for a scenic stroll or a challenging ride on the hiking and biking trails in the area. The area has more than 125 miles of hiking and biking trails that offer everything from water views and lush natural vegetation to heart-pumping climbs and descents.
