We are a retired couple who recently bought our dream retirement home with the guidance and assistance of Stephanie Evans. Ms Evans made what was at times a complex and frustrating process, a totally successful experience. When we needed wise advise on many important decisions, Ms Evans shared her expertise and sound advice on numerous occasions. She is a great negotiator with just the right amount of toughness and grace, sunny disposition and professional demeanor. Further, she is genuinely caring and assisted us with services well beyond what was required. When we needed to pick up a rental car, Ms Evans drove us for a 30 minute trip. She made sure our property was not impacted adversely when the sellers turned off the power to our property prematurely and volunteered to keep an eye on our property while awaiting our move. We live in Las Vegas and have been trying to sell our house in Pelican Reef, a prestigious waterfront neighborhood, for 3 years. For 3 years it was in multiple MLS listings, all the best real estate publications, online in every realty site, in international publications and was presented by different realtors with professional photos, marketing plans and advertising. For 3 years it was on the market and did not generate reasonable offers. It sold recently, utilizing Team Territo realtors. Matt and Gretchen Territo’s skill and understanding of buyer behavior and their market generated multiple offers for us. Matt & Gretchen Territo offer so much more than most real estate agents. They were direct, honest, creative and understood how to sell a property rather than waiting for the property to sell itself. They did not rely on the old and hackneyed “Let me show you our book and what we’ll do for you” lines. Gretchen tapped into buyer desires with very creative and beautiful staging of the property. Our kids wanted us to move closer to them. They referred us to Team Territo since they had used their services four times before! What a blessing! From the beginning we were treated as special, as if we were the only people they were working with! Gretchen and Matt were kind, polite, helpful in every way and concerned with making sure our sale went through as easily as possible and at the right price. After the sale, they continued to help with Matt coming to our new house to make sure we were doing well and doing odd jobs to make sure we were comfortable. Never have I seen realtors who would do that for a client. They are always available for assistance because they treat their clients like family. In February, 2021, knowing we would be relocating from MA to northeast FL, my husband contacted Jordi Hilli after seeing her name on the internet as a real estate agent in St. Augustine. After phone conversations with her, she began a home search for us, based upon our very specific criterion, and we agreed to meet upon our arrival in FL in early April. Given our required criteria, a strong sellers market and a limited inventory of available homes, the search became intense and difficult. In addition, we felt pressure because all of our household belongings remained in storage in MA and we were now living in a furnished rental. Jordi was extremely patient and in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. She was able to arrange showings on short notice and followed up with listing brokers whenever we had questions regarding properties of interest. She worked extremely hard to find a property that met our needs and was not looking to just make a sale. Due to her continued support, we found a home on which we closed in May.
