Team Territo is so confident in their listing strategy, they guarantee you will receive an offer in the first 90-days your home is on the market, or you won’t pay us a commission. 

IN CASE YOU’RE WONDERING IF THERE’S A CATCH, THERE ISN’T.  BUT HERE’S THE FINE PRINT:

1. Sellers agree to list their home at fair market value based on recently sold comparables, as determined by Team Territo.  In turn, Team Territo agrees than they will NOT undervalue a property in order to move it quickly.

2. Sellers agree to make reasonable improvements as required by Team Territo.  Team Territo has a vast network of professional services to assist you.  

3. Program is available on single family homes (not manufactured homes), condominiums, and townhomes priced under $750,000.  Ask us about our Luxury Listing Guarantee Program!

4. Listing contracts are 180 days.  Seller will not pay a commission if an offer isn’t presented in the first 90-days.
   *Please note: This must be discussed at our Listing Appointment and included in our Listing Agreement.
