Meet Melissa Gaspard, a St. Augustine native with deep roots in the
historic coastal community she has always called home. Raised in St.
Augustine, Melissa brings firsthand local knowledge and a genuine love for
the area to her role as Lead Agent with Team Territo at Keller Williams
Atlantic Partners St. Augustine.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Melissa spent 13 years as a
dedicated math teacher. Her ability to listen, communicate clearly,
educate, and guide people through important decisions translated naturally
into real estate, where she now helps buyers and sellers navigate the
process with confidence.

Melissa also brings her eye for design and presentation to Team Territo's
complimentary home staging service, helping sellers showcase their homes at
their best before they hit the market.

Outside of real estate, Melissa is the proud mom of two children, Ava and
Liam, along with Bagel, her Beagle/Basset Hound pup. Family is at the core
of Melissa's values, and she cherishes time spent making memories with the
people she loves.

A true St. Augustine local, Melissa also enjoys exploring the area's
culinary scene, trying new restaurants, and discovering local favorites.
Her connection to the community goes well beyond real estate—it's the place
