Meet Drew Dunn, a Maryland native who has taken a unique path to Northeast Florida. Born and raised in Maryland, Drew moved to Colorado after high school to continue his education, gaining valuable life experience and developing an appreciation for different communities and lifestyles along the way. Today, Drew is proud to call Northeast Florida home and brings that perspective to his role with Team Territo at Keller Williams Atlantic Partners.

Before beginning his career in real estate, Drew developed a passion for real estate through his own experience as an investor. His background purchasing and managing both long-term and short-term rental properties gave him firsthand insight into the buying process, evaluating properties, understanding investment potential, and recognizing what makes a property a great fit for its owner.

Drew’s personal experience as a real estate investor naturally led him to pursue a career helping others navigate the same process. As a member of Team Territo, he focuses on helping buyers throughout Northeast Florida find properties that align with their goals, lifestyle, and long-term plans. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, relocating to the area, or looking for an investment property, Drew takes a personalized approach to understanding what each client is looking for.

Having personally experienced relocating to a new state, Drew understands that finding the right home is about more than just the property itself. It’s also about finding the right community, lifestyle, and location. This experience allows him to provide an added perspective to clients moving to Northeast Florida from out of state.

Outside of real estate, Drew enjoys exploring everything Northeast Florida has to offer, from the beaches and local restaurants to the area’s unique communities and outdoor activities. His appreciation for the area continues to grow as he builds his life and career here.
